fantastic stay!

city centre comfy bed big bathroom

I loved the location because it was close to the city centre and albert dock. it provided easy access to transport! the bed was super comfy! the bathroom and room were big, a modem bathroom. -)

i found the pillows uncomfortable. they were lumpy! i wish i had complained sooner. there was also constant running water in the toilet, and a missing light bulb, which i reported, but no action was taken.

The receptionist madison provided excellent assistance! madison was very polite and helpful. i found her to be a great asset to the hotel and its commitment to customer satisfaction. She always had a smile.

the room was super clean. i appreciated that it included a kettle for tea and biscoff biscuits. the front desk staff was always cute.

comfortable bed friendly staff

the room was super clean upon arrival and i found the bed very comfortable. the staff were friendly it was a great experience. the location is amazing with great access to the city centre.

i noticed some noise from nearby street traffic at times mostly during peak hours it was only slightly distracting.
