The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The rooms were spotless, even though mine was a bit small without a view, but not a big deal considering the price paid. The service, especially from housekeeping, was top-notch. However, the dining experience left something to be desired as they didn't quite meet my breakfast requests. Overall, a place I'd recommend and consider staying again on my next trip to Liverpool.
